Amazing staff from the reception led by AM Yusuf through to the room attendants, they were very hospitable and accomodating to my needs.

Location 10+++All Staff 100+++What a wonderful hotel. Better Service than a Five Star. Amazing Staff, from Manager DItit, Front of House Citraksa and the top notch Security Guards and room attendents. Can't fault !Thankyou for such a pleasant stay and treating me so well and taking care of my suitcases whilst abroad. The Staff and Management should be congratulated !

Very centrally located next to a mall and lots of cafés . Easily located by Grab, Blue Bird etc . The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms maybe small for two people but fine for a solo traveler. Spotlessly clean and a comfortable, spacious lounge
Liked everything
The location is perfectly close to all facilities and easy to access the transportation. The cleanliness is satisfied, good smell and cooling air-conditioning at the first step in the hotel. The facilities are quite limited, no fridge, no hair dryer, and no ion, but acceptable with the reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The wifi is great. The breakfast is similar everyday, minimal with several options, just right for those who like to have a quick breakfast like me.
Some shower towels and bedsheets are quite old.
Staff was friendly and accommodating Facilities was goodLocation close with everything there is 24/7 convenient stores infront of the hotel
Aircond takes time to fully on but once on it kind of too cold so need to on and off at times
Breakfast was good, if it's still the same (bubur ayam)The coffee machine in the hall is a nice ideaWorkers are nice
We got smoker room, we are not smokers, it was so smelly and it's not good for health. And there is not a single window. When asked to get another room I have to paid more, they said free breakfast included for compensation but it was for one person only (??? we were two). Very weird and poor compensation...
The room is clean and basic, yet comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to public transportation and MRT, supermarkets, malls and various restaurants and street foods. The staffs are amazing: friendly, helpful and trustworthy.I accidentally left my belonging at the hotel, they kept it until I returned to Jakarta (1 week after) to pick it up as promised! ?
The location of the hotel is very close to the business district. There are a lot of restaurants worth exploring.
Since the area is very busy, there are also construction work taking place during the period of my stay.
The room was nice. Strategic hotel, close to all entertainment and restaurants.
Perhaps we came at the bad time, there was a food festival on the street outside, they had a stage and the band were singing the whole day. So it was quite noisy.
- free beverage dispenser near the receptionist (very good for everyone to use) - location is perfect. Just right beside is the square and keep walking you can find another mall.- considered relatively clean.
- noise from outside easily heard, not soundproof at all so can be very noisy - the bathroom shampoo and shower gel really not recommended to be used (got a very weird texture) - the bathroom shower head spray is weird but still strong - a bit squeezy for the room (not able to open two luggages) - there is a blinking thing on top of the bed which is irritating - the most irritating is that stupid TV that always turns on by itself whenever you enter the room and plays their hotel advertisements
It is near to mall
